Join Our Roster of Mentors & Business Coaches to Empower the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs!

As we continue to expand and support a growing group of ambitious youth, we’re looking for experienced professionals like you to join our roster of mentors and business coaches. Your expertise could make a transformative difference in the lives of the next generation of business leaders. We would be honoured if you would consider volunteering your time to guide and inspire our members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mentors who are willing to share their entrepreneurial journey, offer advice and provide guidance on business challenges.

  • Business Coaches who can offer more structured support, helping youth entrepreneurs develop their business plans, marketing strategies, and financial frameworks.

Why Become a Mentor or Coach with YBIB?

  • Make a lasting impact: Help young entrepreneurs discover their potential and build businesses that can change their lives and communities.

  • Give back to the community: Your time and knowledge will directly contribute to creating a new generation of business leaders who blend success with social responsibility.

  • Flexible commitment: You can give as little as 2-4 hours per month, depending on your availability, to work with youth entrepreneurs who are eager to learn.

What’s Involved?

As a mentor or business coach with YBIB, you’ll work with a small group of youth entrepreneurs. Each month, we ask our mentors to:

  • Commit to at least 2-4 hours per month (either in-person or virtually) to provide guidance or coaching during scheduled sessions.

  • Attend one quarterly meeting with other YBIB mentors and coaches to collaborate and share best practices.

  • Provide feedback on the progress of your mentees to help track their growth and development.

We know your time is valuable, and we strive to make the experience as fulfilling as possible, both for you and for the youth you will mentor. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact while also developing a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial challenges faced by today’s youth.
