Mini Young Bosses in the Making

Our Mini Young Bosses in the Making Program is tailored for younger youth aged 6-11, who are just beginning to explore their leadership and entrepreneurial abilities. Through fun and interactive activities that promote engagement and participation, participants will learn important skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and financial literacy. Our goal is to lay the foundation for their future success and help them become confident, self-assured leaders in their communities and beyond.

Young Bosses in the Making

Our Young Bosses in the Making Program is designed for youth between the ages of 12-19 who are interested in developing their leadership and business skills. Through our program, participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences that teach them essential skills such as goal-setting, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, financial literacy, leadership, and more. Our aim is to empower young people, particularly BIPOC and underrepresented youth, with the knowledge and skills they need to become confident and successful leaders in their communities and beyond.

Pitch Contest for Kid Business owners / Kid entrepreneurs

We believe in supporting young dreams!

As part of our Young Bosses In The Making programs, kids will have the unique opportunity to participate in the YBIB Pitch Contest. This contest will allow young entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses in a 90-second video and explain how their business impacts their community. With over $2,000 in cash prizes available. The Pitch Contest is an exciting opportunity for kids to earn money for their business and gain valuable experience in pitching their ideas. Plus, the exposure gained from participating in the contest could lead to new connections and opportunities for their business. The Pitch Contest is an annual event that all kids in our Young Bosses In The Making programs are encouraged to participate in.
