Why Volunteer or Intern?
As a Youth Volunteer or Intern with Young Bosses in Business (YBIB), you’ll be at the heart of a growing community of aspiring entrepreneurs. You’ll help support our youth programs, events, and initiatives while developing skills that will serve you for years to come. Whether you’re interested in mentorship, event planning, social media, or supporting our Youth Markets, we have a volunteer role for you!

We are looking for passionate youth ages 12-19 who are:
Interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and community development.
Eager to learn and contribute their time and energy to supporting other young people.
Team players with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to get involved.

As a Youth Volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in various aspects of YBIB, including:
Mentorship Support: Assist in guiding younger participants through business challenges, helping them develop and implement their ideas.
Event Coordination: Help organize and execute events like Youth Markets, workshops, and business pitch competitions.
Social Media and Marketing: Support our digital team with content creation, social media coordination, and outreach to spread the word about YBIB’s programs.
Youth Market Operations: Assist with logistics, customer service, and set up at our Youth Market events, where young entrepreneurs showcase their businesses.
Program Support: Assist the Program Coordinator at YBIB’s entrepreneurship programs by assisting with preparing materials, and supporting the participants during sessions.
